Dear Unity Friends,

Christmas is a season of love, and the best gift we can give anyone is an expression of our love, admiration, and appreciation.

We can express love to others in many ways with little cost or even with no money. All it takes is a quiet time of special thought. Instead of spending a hectic afternoon rushing through the mall, hoping for inspiration, try getting your inspiration from the catalog of memories inside your mind and from that quiet place of meeting with the one Presence of God.

Find a time when you can be peaceful and uninterrupted. You may choose the early morning or the late evening, when the other members of your family have gone to sleep. Take several sheets of paper. At the top of each sheet, put the name of a special person you want to remember this Christmas.

Take a few moments to bring each person to your mind. Remember all the wonderful times you have spent together, the special joys and laughter the two of you have shared. When you are ready, on a sheet of paper finish the following statements to be included in your special person's holiday card:
