Let us pause for a moment from the hustle and bustle of our day and turn within to a quiet surrender into the peaceful place at
the heart of God. Though our day may be a busy one, we can take a moment to take a breath. We can take a holy moment to stop the rushing thoughts. We can be still and be with God.
Right now, this moment, close your eyes and just be still and breathe.
(pause in the silence)
God is our Source for all good things. As we turn within, we take a long drink from the
well of Source, filling ourselves with God's peace, God's love, God's joy, and God's life energy. We are renewed. We are refreshed.
We now ease back into the activities of our day, looking upon our world
with fresh, new eyes, beholding God is all that is.
