We are changed by the movement of Spirit
within us, by the energy of Spirit that comes through us. We change our lives by changing our thinking. Change comes from the inside out. You cannot become stagnant if you are moving forward, if you are experimenting
with fresh thoughts, fresh questions, fresh ideas. When we go back and forth between the highs and lows, we waste energy. We waste the power inside of us to co-create wonderful and wonder-filled opportunities in our
lives. When we join together with God-Thought, energy and divine ideas begin to flow from the higher realm.
This week, I will pray: asking. I will meditate: listening. I am willing to have limitations removed
and to embraced unlimited possibilities.
